Jelena is founder and Managing director of Koučing centar, as well as an Associate professor of Organizational development at University of Belgrade. Her top fields of expertise are organizational learning & development, performance management and leadership. She has authored a book “Coaching psychology: Constructivist approaches”, published by Routledge. Jelena is passionate about psychological safety in organizations, but also in human relationships more broadly and in parenting.
