Maja Nedučić

With a master’s degree in psychology, Maja is employed at Vega IT as the Chief People Officer, where she leads a team of 17 members responsible for People Experience and Support. In the company, she has found what she has always wanted to do – to work together with colleagues to make each day more pleasant and better for all team members and to build a culture that encourages diversity, the right to make mistakes, and the use of feedforward as a tool for development. Additionally, she is further educating herself in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (AKT), and is currently in the process of certification for psychological safety.
