Employer branding is a significant area of his interest, as it bridges HR and Marketing. If you ask him what he learned in Marketing and applies in HR, he will respond: “Understanding market preferences should always be our top priority, so that as HR, we can create programs that are needed by our target groups!”
The goal of The State of EB Serbia research is simple – to find out where the employer branding field stands in its development. During the presentation, we will learn about the biggest obstacles in positioning employer branding as a function within an organisation, the extent to which companies have developed employer branding strategies, and the channels they use to deliver content to their target groups.
