Jelena, a graduate of the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, brings over 18 years of experience in diverse human resources management roles. Since 2019, Jelena has been dedicated to employer branding full-time, holding positions at renowned companies like A1 Croatia and Photomath, where she was responsible for creating and implementing EB strategy. Jelena holds an Employer Brand Professional certificate from Universum and serves as a guest lecturer at esteemed business schools such as Cotrugli (Executive MBA, HR module) and Effectus (Human Resources Manager program). As a co-founder of the Hacking HR community in Croatia, she conducted pioneering surveys on developer expectations and the attractiveness of IT companies in the country. Jelena believes that employer branding starts from within, with a strong focus on taking care of people and providing the best possible employee experience. Jelena’s mission is to assist organizations in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent crucial for driving their business growth, through conducting in-depth research, delivering comprehensive educational programs, providing impactful mentoring, and offering strategic consulting services.
